CCCS's Custom Motorcycle Handle Bars Policy

CCCS builds custom motorcycle handlebars for any project.  CCCS builds all Handlebars in house to accommodate the Climax Hidden Hand Controls.  Therefore CCCS can build any Handle Bar to the customer’s specs. CCCS can change dimensions on any of our Production Handle Bar Styles or we can custom build something entirely different. Custom charges will be assessed and applied. If it is possible we can do it.  A minimum of $500 deposit is required on all custom handlebars.  Finished bars are show chromed w/ polished welds.  Bars can also be polished and powder coated gloss black for an additional $100. Black handlebars are considered custom and a full deposit is required.  CCCS can also supply handlebars raw for you to finish w/ your desired color.  Please allow at least 6-8 weeks for delivery.

Custom Ordering Procedures

Mock Ups & Dimension Changes
CCCS offers mock up versions of our production bars. For $500 credited to your order CCCS can send you a mock up version of any Production Handle Bar. This is an excellent start to ensure proper fitment. If handlebar dimensions need to be changed we will have a great reference point to start from. A minimum of $250 will be added to the production system price. CCCS requires a non-refundable $500 deposit before any custom work begins.  The mock up deposit is usually applied to the custom charge.
 

Duplicating Handle Bars
CCCS can duplicate your favorite handle bars,  just send them to us and we will build them to suit our Climax Hidden Hand Controls. Custom charges to duplicate handle bars are based on time, materials & chrome plating. Again custom handle bar duplications start at a minimum of $250 added to the closest Production Handlebar System price.  Custom charges may go up depending on the difficulty of the build. CCCS requires a deposit of $500 or the full amount of the custom handle bars before any work is started.
 

Complete Custom Builds From Your Mock Up
CCCS recommends custom orders be mocked up out of PVC, Electrical Conduit, Metal Rod ect. This way you can determine the exact Handlebar Dimensions and style on the bike. We will then have bars to copy, this ensures the bars are built exactly as you intended. Custom charges to duplicate mock ups are based on time, materials & chrome plating. Custom bars will start at and additional $250 to our production style handlebar system price.  The custom charge may go up depending on the difficulty of the build. CCCS requires a deposit for the full amount of the custom handle bars before any work is started.
 

Custom Builds From Pictures and Dimensions
If CCCS has to custom build bars from pictures and your specified Handlebar Dimensions we will start with a mock up of the bars and send them to you to mount on the bike and approve the style and dimensions. All shipping charges will be added to the price of the handle bars.  If the bars are not approved we will repeat the process until you confirm they are what you like. Custom builds are a minimum of $250 added to our standard handlebar system price.  Custom charges may go up depending on the difficulty of the build.  CCCS requires a deposit for the full amount of the custom handle bars before any work is started.  It is the customer’s responsibility to relay all the critical information to CCCS about the handle bar build. The customer is responsible for proper fitment of the handlebars.
